Driveways, walkways, patios and pavers — restored to an even, bright, like-new finish.

Concrete & Hardscape Cleaning

Flat Surfaces Deserve More Than A Wand

Concrete is one of the few exterior surfaces that genuinely benefits from real pressure — but only when it's applied evenly. Cleaning a driveway with a handheld wand leaves the striping everyone recognizes: wavy light and dark bands baked into the surface, permanent and impossible to hide.

We use a rotary surface cleaner — an enclosed head that spins jets at a fixed height and consistent distance across the slab. Every square inch gets the same treatment, so the result is uniform edge to edge with no zebra stripes and no wand marks.

For algae, mildew and deeply embedded dirt, we pre-treat with the appropriate detergent so the grime releases chemically instead of relying on brute force that can pit and erode the concrete.

FAQ

Power Washing Questions

What's the difference between power washing and soft washing?

Power washing uses real pressure and is right for hard, durable surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses detergent and near-zero pressure, and is right for siding, painted wood and anything that pressure could damage. Choosing correctly between the two is most of the job — see Benefits of Soft Washing.

Will every stain come out?

Most of what makes concrete look dirty is organic — algae, mildew, ground-in dirt and tire marks — and that releases completely. We don't take on oil, rust or paint stains; those need a different chemical treatment and a different kind of job. We'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start rather than overselling it.

Can power washing damage concrete?

It can, in the wrong hands — too much pressure held too close will pit the surface and expose aggregate. A surface cleaner at the correct pressure, kept moving, does not. This is precisely why we don't clean flatwork with a bare wand.

Do you need my water and electricity?

Just an outdoor water spigot. Our equipment is self-powered, so we don't need access to your electricity or your home's interior.

Should I seal my driveway afterward?

Sealing after a proper cleaning helps concrete resist staining and keeps it looking better longer. It isn't required, and it's not something we push — ask us and we'll give you a straight answer for your specific surface.
